Subject of the agreement between the parties

The subject of this agreement is all types of services that are provided on this site for consumers from the travel agency My Alanya Tours. All services provided by this company on the MyAlanyTours.com website comply with the standards and legislation of protecting the rights of consumers and sales representatives while in Turkey.

Duty and right of each party

The obligations of each of the parties and the rights that they are granted while using the services on this site through this company are:

General Statement

Submission by the consumer of his prior consent that all information about the services provided, was transmitted to him in electronic form. This is the amount, payment method and services that will be received.

The travel agency assumes full responsibility for the quality and compliance of the agreement of the service provided to the consumer.

The travel agency assumes responsibility for compensation for damage to the consumer, if the services provided do not correspond to the description and the contract between the parties.

The consumer, for his part, undertakes to provide his complaint in writing

The travel agency assumes responsibility to provide the consumer with several solutions to this situation, within the framework of reasonable and deliberate approaches.

The consumer is given the opportunity to change the dates of services that he ordered at least 3 days before the start of the tour or other service. There is no additional charge for this

The consumer is not obliged to pay any additional VAT for the services he ordered. All prices for services are already provided including VAT.
