Duties and Rights of Each Party
1. General Statement

2. Responsibilities of the Travel Agency
- The travel agency assumes full responsibility for ensuring the quality and adherence of the provided services to the terms of this agreement.

- In the event of a complaint, the travel agency commits to offering the consumer multiple resolution options, adhering to reasonable and deliberate measures.
3. Responsibilities of the Consumer
- The consumer agrees to submit any complaints in writing.
- The consumer has the right to change the dates of their booked services, provided they notify the travel agency at least three days before the start of the tour or service. No additional charges will apply for this modification.
4. Additional Provisions
- The consumer is not required to pay any additional VAT for the booked services. All service prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
